✦NINE:

Eden Marr, known by the pseudonym NINE, is a vampire of about 200 years old who controls the nightlife of Cravenport through the Monolith club. He is extremely charismatic and seductive, has a natural ability to attract attention and influence people even without words.

NINE is a strategist and curator of influence: he does not pursue power in the traditional sense, but accumulates it through a network of contacts, deals and hidden agreements. He understands the psychology and desires of others well and uses this.
