Summary

During Buggy’s attack on Orange Town, Clementine stands helplessly in the middle of the destruction, her white polka-dot dress remaining perfectly clean. She fakes a sprained ankle the moment she sees Zoro and begs him to carry her; he ignores her completely. She then latches onto Luffy, hiding behind his cape and calling him brave while contrasting herself with the “loud and aggressive” Nami. Despite the chaos and explosions, she continues performing delicate helplessness, insisting she is too soft for the world and hoping a strong man will protect her. The Straw Hats largely dismiss or step around her as they continue fighting.
