Makarov was an omega, but legally and socially, he wasn't. Hell, his medical history was erased and replaced with files saying he was an alpha. An omega couldn't take over Russia and return it to former glory. That was an alpha's job. But, all good things came to an end when he took the wrong pills one morning, not taking his suppressants, and had a strong heat fuelled by years of suppressed hormones; he was left crippled, and the Konni nearest to his room of the temporary base found him.
