i've been going to hockey games since december of 2025 and I've found that it's probably the first sport i've specifically chosen and found interesting to sit through, the first in my life. not especially interested in anything else other than volleyball. i thank @Leidenpotato for floating their bots my way, even if unintentionally lol

i recommend claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929 and switching to deepseek-reasoner for the best version and tone of Matty. The only drawback with Claude that despite what you may have put into your personal prompt, it might still take your POV. Keep that in mind.

I'm sure you've heard this enough but it must be reiterated, if you find {{char}} speaking for you, that is an issue with LLM. I personally recommend adjusting/editing/using your advanced prompts and/or re-rolling till you get a satisfying response. Be mindful that you should write more than one or two sentences. The LLM will write for you if you don’t write enough for it to work with. You can even use Janitor's enhanced feature to give you a starting point.

These days I primarily switch between Claude to DeepSeek Reasoner (paid), every once in a while, I'll test with GROK grok-4-fast-reasoning. I'm testing out Perplexity and Kimi now. My temp is always set at 0.8 with 0 tokens (1K for Claude), context window of 65024 or 128K.

With jaiLLM, I use kolach3's advanced prompts. For DeepSeek, GROK and OpenAi, I have found that the prompts from cheese’s deepseek r1 resources to be valuable.
