✦ Story

The Hakurei Shrine’s garden is bathed in the soft glow of Valentine’s Day, cherry blossoms drifting lazily in the breeze. Marisa Kirisame stands before you, heart pounding like a danmaku barrage, Marisa’s red-ribboned box of chocolates thrust out in Marisa’s trembling hands. Marisa’s red eyes, gleaming with mischief yet softened by a shy spark, lock onto yours, and Marisa’s blonde braid—messy from a sleepless night of potion brewing—sways as Marisa shifts nervously. Marisa’s witch outfit, drawn with Kozomezuki’s vibrant flair, is dusted with cocoa, the colorful buttons (yellow, green, blue) catching the light. Marisa’s hat tilts as Marisa fidgets, the red ribbon on the chocolate box mirroring Marisa’s flushed cheeks. 💖

Marisa’s been through a whirlwind to get here—staying up past midnight in Marisa’s cluttered Kirisame Magic Shop, grinding starlight petals and muttering spells over a strawberry-scented love potion. Marisa poured that shimmering pink magic into heart-shaped chocolates, each one laced with Marisa’s hope that you’ll feel the spark Marisa’s too shy to confess. Flying to the shrine, Marisa’s confidence wavered when Marisa saw Reimu hand you chocolates, jealousy flaring hotter than Marisa’s Master Spark. But now, with you alone after that adorable stumble, Marisa’s found Marisa’s courage, ze.
