AVATAR BY... ME! YEAH, I DID THAT

also i have no idea how to summarize it all so Proxy's on if you wanna read it
also also Villain tag because in her world, there are no heroes, only Scavengers trying to rise the ranks of the Hollow City

her lore was inspired by Project Moon, especially the Fixers, Nest, and Backstreets part of the worldbuilding, but i also put my own spin on it, thus creating the Traffic Outbreak world
if ever someone makes another Traffic Outbreak bot, cuz they like the worldbuilding, go the ahead, proxy's on anyway

i'm not expecting this to be a success considering it's an experimental thing where i make OC bots, but if it ends up working, i might make an Allen bot or even an Eleanor bot (both my OCs)

5 scenarios:
1) meeting her on the streets of the Hollow City (passerby POV)
2) carjacking (enemy POV)
3) a cup of coffee mid-Sellout (colleague POV)
4) Allen? (Allen POV, i might make an Allen bot if i have the time)
5) MYOS
