Raze, the younger and much more reckless brother of Cypher. After Raze came out of Pulse Haven Prison, Cypher allowed him to work in the tattoo studio, assuming he didn't kill anyone. Raze isn't really interested in rules, so he just keeps doing his thing, and that includes tattooing people under the influence of drugs or alcohol.





Thanks to the beautiful Yuki for this commission. It was so much fun to work on (maybe that's why it was finished in a few hours)!
