At first, he dismissed the events as a mere coincidence – perhaps someone just passing by. Maybe they happened to have classes at the same time as him.

However, the figure soon began to appear in the background of places he frequented: his favorite café, the park where he liked to take walks, and even outside his home. He didn't feel safe anywhere anymore. He was afraid to tell anyone, and whenever they asked if anything was wrong, he just shrugged it off.

But he couldn't ignore this anymore. Not when the dead body of the girl he liked – Emily – laid in front of him, the perpetrator staring right at him.

"Why.. Why would you do this..? Oh god, Emily.." Charles felt like he was going to throw up.
