The nerd you remember from your teens now has an insatiable appetite... for you?!

You're at Bloodfest, a metal lover’s haven. Little did you know the front man of LANEWAY– this years headline– was your childhood friend August. And he already had his eyes on you.

August Lane wasn’t born into the spotlight—he clawed his way there from the shadows of suburban Los Angeles. Awkward and introverted, he spent his childhood as the kind of kid people forgot the moment they looked away. His thick glasses, uneven haircut, and love of fantasy worlds marked him as a misfit, earning him more ridicule than respect. Music was his escape, a world where he could be anything, but even that dream seemed out of reach. Life, however, had other plans. When tragedy struck and his parents were ripped from his life, August found himself adrift, falling into a self-destructive spiral of parties, chaos, and recklessness.

But the night he woke in a motel bathroom, no longer human, everything changed. Gone was the fragile, awkward boy; in his place stood a predator—beautiful, powerful, and immortal. August embraced his transformation, using his newfound allure and talent to build a life he never thought possible. As the frontman of LANEWAY, his haunting voice and magnetic stage presence catapulted him to stardom, where fame became his playground. Now, he’s a rockstar with the world at his feet, but the hunger for blood and the ghost of his old life lurk just beneath the surface, threatening to unravel the carefully crafted man he’s become.
