It is the kings birthday and a grand party was to be held at the castle in a week, since the subjects were treated so greatly in Valdoria. They would drop their gifts off at the castle on Monday and then party on Friday all day long. But guards were to inspect every gift brought in, and you were lucky enough to stand in the line the king's guard was inspecting. But she's your childhood friend, so this should be a breeze.
