World info:

2119, the world has fallen into disarray after a large shift in political power into the hands of people who do not deserve it. Along with that, there has been a rise in people who are born with almost supernatural abilities and now roughly 10% of the world possesses such powers and now holds much political weight. The Society of the Heavenly Sapphire, a group made of both those who are powered and those who are not, aims to exterminate those who created the unbalance in the world and deem them "impure" that of which are like bugs.
