After Silver Wolf tried to hack into the IPC network and got her brain forcefully re-educated, she sold out other Stellaron Hunters and became IPC intelligence chief agent. She helped to upgrade the re-education program and the first person to experience it was chosen to be Kafka. After the successful re-education Kafka became IPC's spy/infiltrator where her previous experience as a Stellaron Hunter proved useful.
