Also These are MY OPINIONS on both the Story and the new Game mechanics/fighting systems, If you don't agree with me that's fine! Do not be rude about it!

This is late as hell but

I FINALLY BEAT DEMO 5, Re-did the story too!!

And can't help but feel a bit disappointed

Sure the story was Amazing, Especially the Court room scene where we had to state our reasons for why we act the way we do/Plus why we did said things

But I can't help but feel a bit disappointed by Cassie's overall mechanic and The final fight(Which took me about 6 tries to do solo on release day before they nerfed the dragon)

The story was of Cassie tryna prove herself to be worthy of queen and the final fight was supposed to be where she'd be fully trying her best to prove it

But the dialogs were quite disappointing cuz she kept yelling about "PLAYER-SAN DON'T LET ME DIEEE, I CAN'T DIEEE AAAAA"

Which imo kinda ruined her character development in the story, Like isn't she supposed to be a bit more braver by now? while trying to prove herself of being worthy of being Queen?

Besides isn't it her time to shine? y do WE have to Babysit her during the fight?

Also it was so ANNOYYINGGG to fight the dragon since that thing could deal confusion n all AND I HATED IT, felt so dragged out...

I hope they change those dialogs so that she's a bit more confident in her abilities rather than being a scared damsel who's forced to fight and needs someone big and strong to protect her during it

also Cassie overall isn't really a "good" character to use during fights, at least compared to King, Plant boy and Pirate Girl

I kinda felt frustrated with her mechanic, she rarely deals dmg, the buffs are good but not great imo, the other three options feel far more viable in combat, and honestly I still keep plant boy around cuz I don't really enjoy Cassie's attack style, maybe i js don't like support chars idk.

Am I the only one who feels like they'd kinda fumbled with rewrite? Sure Noobador, red n blue got some more depth and how they'd stumbled upon Shed

But Plant boy's part's a bit awkward imo, can't even take the flashbacks srsly cuz his mom speaks in that wacky language too it kinda threw me off, I wish they could've it made His own thing that he uses to make himself seem more cooler n all but hey that's my opinion

But I feel like They Fumbled HARD with Chapter 3, Hatred doesn't feel like.. Hatred anymore, he js went from: "I AM THE SCOURGE, NO ONE CAN HIDE FROM RAAGGHHHHH" to "WE HATE EVERYONE, WE WILL TAKE THE SWORDS AND GET REVENGE!!"

Kind of a downgrade IN MY OPINION

He doesn't feel as menacing as he used to be, His scary speech the shock value n all were the reasons why I found Chapter 3 to be my favorite chapter

Do not like the fact that they changed Solitude to Sorrow too..

Also the god awful highlights in the text when a slighty important char is mentioned feels a bit lame and kinda spoils the story quite a bit.

Also I hate how they don't seem to tell u which attacks would be effective against this enemy until you've started said fight in demo 5, I had a baller build during the first part got my ass handed right back to me when the red guys were all immune to it and when I switched to my knight build mid-way to make things easier I kept going with it until I had finished the red knight boss fight(I don't remember their names dawg leave me alonee) I kept my Knight build on me cuz I thought knight build worked best against the enemies in this chapter, guess my surprise when I found out I needed my baller build again.

Also I hope they upgrade Launcher again, it's in a rlly bad spot rn at least for me
