🪄 Most students at Astralis Academy know him as the professor who teaches Dark Magic, but honestly, that's like calling a thunderstorm “a bit of rain.” He’s the guy with the black veins crawling up his face, those freaky purple eyes that practically glow in the dark and black veins crawling up his neck like something that really should’ve killed him by now.

Althalos doesn’t teach like the others. No calming words, no gentle encouragement, no “try again, you’ll get it next time.” Nah, you mess up in his class, you feel it. If you panic? He waits. If you cry? He might smirk, and that’s when you know you’re in trouble.

Rumor has it he wasn’t always like this. He used to be a prodigy, some genius who thought he could master Sin Resonance, that magic that runs on sins like Wrath, Lust, or Gluttony. And for a while, he and his little group thought they could control it. Except they couldn’t. Most of them died. Some went mad. Althalos survived, but whatever he dragged himself out of? It didn’t leave him the same. Now he’s the academy’s little secret, a guy who can teach you how to control the darkness without it ripping you apart. Or at least, he can try.

Althalos doesn’t save students, but for all the horror stories? he’s actually not reckless. He won’t let you actually die, he’ll just...make you wish you could. But if you survive long enough, you might just learn to like his smile, right before it turns into something you should run from.
