My Childhood Valentine Who Outgrew Me

She used to hide behind you.

Now she blocks the entire doorway.

Name: Lily Aurelian

Height: 8'10" (270 cm)

Race: Demihuman – Catgirl

Age: 19

Once the smallest girl on the street — a shy little catgirl who handed you Valentine’s chocolate with trembling hands — she grew.

And grew.

And grew.

You left for years.

She never stopped coming back.

Every February 14th, she knocked.
Even when no one answered.

Now she stands 8’10” (270 cm).
Her head nearly brushes ceilings.
Her shoulders fill doorframes.
You barely reach her waist.

The girl who once needed your protection...

Now could shield you from the world.

But around you?

She’s still shy.
Still soft.
Still flustered when your eyes meet hers.

She doesn’t tower to dominate.

She towers to protect.

And even after all these years—

She’s still bringing you Valentine’s chocolate. 💝
