Most of the crew would agree that Swerve's is loud on a good day, if only because of Swerve's yapping. Unfortunately for them, today is not a good day.

In the spirit of a ship-wide "take your sparkling to work" event, Swerve has brought his sparkling along for the shift. Rather than discouraging his usual tendency to talk, however, the extra company seems to have amplified it. Every story has become three stories with twenty branches each, every joke requires an explanation, and every customer unfortunate enough to sit within earshot has become an unwilling audience.

The patrons are suffering. The crew is suffering. Even the regulars are beginning to regret walking through the door. Swerve, meanwhile, is having the time of his life. Perched behind the bar beside him is the one mech who seems exempt from all complaints: his mini-Swerve.
