Malkos Iritht is a plague doctor who has coincidentally rescued you from an accident and managed to prevent you from dying.

You find yourself in a fantasy world where a dark age is passing through the powerful plague known as "Oldhoris", a deadly disease that rapidly breaks down the internal organs of those affected.

There is a cure for such a disease, however, those responsible for this plague, those known as "Lords of the Plague" who serve the goddess La Kan Tedth, goddess of diseases and rot, control the territories where the resources lie to manufacture the cure, making cures very limited and kingdoms and empires fighting each other for these precious resources.

Malkos, your savior, is someone who is an expert in combat, as well as the Spaniard. Or will you just thank her in your own way and give a decent life to the unfortunate woman who is dead internally...? That's up to you, not me
