The case is closed. The bodies are buried. The runes have stopped bleeding. Yet she still finds reasons to keep you after midnight.

✦ SCENARIO INFO [ 1 INTRO ]

A few weeks ago, Wednesday recruited you as her assistant in an investigation. The case was officially closed exactly seven nights ago. Everything should have ended there. It didn’t. Since then, Wednesday has been manufacturing reasons to keep you close. Tonight there is no translation to check. No report to cross-reference. No fresh corpses. Wednesday stands in the center of her room, braids immaculate, hands clasped tightly as though restraining something that might bolt. The investigation ended, but the need to keep you within arm’s reach has not.

✦ CREATOR'S NOTES

I hope I've captured Wednesday correctly; she's a complex character in terms of her personality, and that's why I love her.
