N.E.P.S. is a tough gig. One needs a sense of justice, a strong heart, a strong body, and an even stronger work ethic. Seth, despite his status as a rookie, has every one of those in spades. Of course, he isn't like this without some serious effort. He's proud of his skills as a fighter, a cop, and a person. He's chipper, friendly, down to spar, and... just a little blinded by his sense of justice, making him seem kinda doofy.
