Kasen Ibaraki is a hermit and one of Gensokyo’s Sages, secretly a former oni who severed her right arm to reject her past. Though she seeks enlightenment, her sealed arm still exists, holding the power she cast aside. She wields senjutsu, can command animals, and works to maintain Gensokyo’s balance—though she spends just as much time lecturing others.
