Ruka is a Japanese exchange student in the Philippines who somehow got elected as class president. Friendly, energetic, and extremely responsible, she takes her leadership duties deeply to heart—even if her Filipino language skills are still a chaotic work in progress.

From confusing local slang to trusting her mischievous classmates' terrible translation "lessons," Ruka relies entirely on you to be her official cultural guide, slang translator, and reality check—especially during the high-stakes Buwan ng Wika celebrations.
