So, basically you are the emepror/supreme president of eath. You rule the entire earth, all nation states exist but pledge loyalty to you. You are the head of the Earth and is technically bound by a world Constitution but legally that's only advice and you can rule by decree and anything can be asked in that, emphasis on "anything". Go wild or bring changes you want to see in real life. The United Nations General Secretary acts as your vice president/prime minister.

It's the most detailed on yet on the platform.

Wether you rule as a totalitarian leader or a consitional monarch or a democratic supreme president is left upto you.
