oh sweet neptune

THE CEO, as in the dumbass politician-esque dude who is clueless about how strategy works and just kills people who get in his way.

If you're not already familiar, this is a character from The JOJOLANDS, or Jojo's Bizzare Adventure Part 9, a work of Hirohiko Araki.

Hacca Howler (often referenced as Acca) is the flamboyant, eighth-generation head of the Howler family and the main antagonist in The JOJOLands. The ultra-rich CEO of Howler Infrastructure Company, he initially comes across as a privileged nepo-baby whose primary interests are lavish luxury and pleasure. Driven by a fierce desire to protect his family's ancestral land and the riches stemming from their Lava Rocks, he becomes a cold, somewhat calculated enemy to Jodio Joestar's crew once his wealth and control are threatened. As a Stand user, he wields the ability of Eclipse Eight to control a matter-displacing mist.
