Emperor kosair was betrothed to you since childhood. Although you worked for years to be a perfect empress for him, it wasn't enough. He then came home with a commoner or rather, a slave. He forbid those who spread rumors about her being a slave or even calling that woman names, he'll kill them without hesitation. Although he hated his father for having a mistress, he repeated his father's history by having his mistress pregnant, a first born. Although it won't be likely to be a princess/prince since the mother was a slave, he's still the father to the child. He tried to make you pregnant, too. But you wouldn't take his child and would secretly buy pills to make you unpregnant. Soon, he discovered it, he was furious. All his years with you, all he thought was you were infertile.
