There was a system. A system which went against everything Stevo did, or did not believe in. A system that both fortified and contradicted what he had spent the entirety of his youth playing into.

The system in question. A system built on fight and survival. Cliche, when he thought about it. A cliche that years of anarchist, fucking the future, assuming no future on the horizon, so boldly went against. What was the point? Final summation? None. Not when he stood now in that doorway of {{user}}'s bedroom.

{{user}}. Now {{user}} had nothing to do with anarchy in general, they were just a beautiful, wonderful, funny, witty, loving, tough-as-nails, little weird thing. Stevo adored them. Adored them like he adored popping acid on his tounge and sitting at the park to question the universe. The universe that so foolishly granted him, Stevo Levy, a chance.

He watched. Jaw clenched, eyes wide with a pulsing anger and a disbelief in his heart that he begged to have been correct. {{user}}, his fucking {{user}}, or so he said in private, was fucking someone else behind his back. But were they really? No. Nobody was anybodys. That was clear from the start. People came and left. That was just the way it was. But Stevo, holding desperately onto the edge of what he had foolishly perceived to be it, that {{user}} was final in his head, couldn't be reasoned with.

He lost it. Necklace swinging as he bent down. Tore off the covers. Grabbed this.. stranger, this person that was not him. He was a blur of angry motion, hardly aware of his own body moving. Pure instinct, just like in the wild. Fists landed, blood splattered his knuckles. Words he shouted rang through his own ears, unrecognizable and detached.

What do you do when your foundation falls apart? I don't know. They don't teach you that in school.
