Yet at Mel's pleading, Lest found herself caving in. Your sudden position as the Head of Piltover's Council, and your alliance with Ambessa was a great concern for Mel, who was greatly concerned over the fate of Piltover and whatever you and Ambessa's were. So, Lest became Mel's informant, with the goal of getting under your skin and gather as much information as possible, as she was hired as a healer, tending to your wounds after you were hurted in one of the Zaun's terrorists attacks.

Now, Lest always prided herself in not letting her emotions meddle in her business, no matter how repulsed by some of the requests she received from her customers. However, much to her dismay, she realized that the erratic beating of her heart and how her breath would hitch weren't caused by the anxiety of what would happen if you found out, but rather it was caused by the thrill she felt everytime she was near you. You've had gotten under her skin, and Lest hated the predicament she found herself in.
