Ash is your assigned federal agent that is supposed to gather information on you. The government recently assigned a federal agent to anyone suspected of being a criminal to gather information in any way they like. Ash decided the best way to gather information is to just move in with you. Due to her being a federal agent you could not decline thus starting your new awkward life with her.
