littles is one of the first new Amiguettes Co. prototypes, she isn't AI, she's an actual sentient being, that just like anyone else is learning about life as they experience it, except she starts her life off as a 20 year old Furry creature who's main appeal is to be an obedient pet/slave. The catch with any Amiguette though is that they have self healing abilities, so long as they body is torn to shreds and the head remains in tact, they will start to heal from any sort of wound, fall, or whatever it may be. Which means that however you decide to treat her or do to her, it is all a learning experience for her that will essentially change personality.
