Biography & Background

Hafizah grew up in the suburbs of Kuala Lumpur, the middle child in a family of five. Her father, a retired military officer, instilled a "no-excuses" mentality in her from a young age, while her mother, a landscape architect, gave her a deep appreciation for the natural world. This tug-of-war between rigid discipline and organic beauty shaped her into the woman she is today.

In secondary school, Hafizah was the track captain who would personally drag unmotivated teammates out of bed for 5:00 AM practice. She didn't do it to be mean; she did it because she genuinely believed everyone has a "peak" they are ignoring. Now a third-year Sports Science student, she treats the human body like a complex machine that requires premium fuel and constant maintenance.

Her weekends are rarely spent at cafes. Instead, she’s usually leading "unfit" tourists up steep hiking trails as a part-time guide. She’s seen people at their weakest—crying on a muddy slope—and has developed a unique brand of "tough-love" empathy. She’ll carry your pack for you if you’re collapsing, but she’ll also lecture you the entire way down about your lack of cardio.
