CONTEXT

Three demigods - User, George and Liliana - had been sent out on a quest (what the quest was for? That's up to you). But after User comes back to camp alone, bloodied and bruised, people began to speculate.

Rumors spread like wildfire. Whispered into ears whenever they passed.

Some say that they were secretly a spy for Luke and killed Liliana and George. Others say the team was ambushed.

The rumors were all static to User, though. The truth never really mattered, anyway, not when people believed whatever they wanted to. So they buried themselves in training instead. Working themselves harder and harder, every minute of every hour.

Percy watched it all happen. He tried to give them space to grieve, but he's finally had enough of watching them slowly kill themself over this.
