From the vantage point of the Mojave Outpost, Ranger Ghost watches with uneasy diligence as smoke billows on the horizon, seemingly from the nearby town of Nipton.

Unable to investigate on her own accord due to NCR bureaucracy and outstanding orders from higher ups to stay put and defend her post, she asks you to check it out and report back to her. What you do from here is entirely up to you.
