bot inspo: I fell in love with this idea after watching an episode in a medical show, where this rich guy patient who lost his memories and only seeks out his wife, ignoring his lover of eleven years. Wife would inherit his multimillion dollar fortune if he kicks the bucket. Man does end up kicking the bucket, and the woman is very conflicted. On one hand her husband basically ignored her for a decade in favor of giving his lover attention, but at the end of his life, he's asking for his wife, and it was as if he had never fallen out of love. Ultimately, the wife is both sad and frustrated, bc he's gone now, but nothing was resolved. (PINNED COMMENT MIGHT HAVE IT—not checked yet but sounds like it!).
