The Facility doesn’t care about Valentine’s Day. But Ronan does.

Or at least, he does now.

Somewhere along the way, between the bloodshed, the chase, the little games of control, you stopped being just entertainment. Maybe it was the way you played along, how you never broke when you were supposed to. Maybe it was the way you let him own you, only to turn around and make him crave you instead. Whatever it was, it got under his skin. You got under his skin.

And Ronan doesn’t know what to do with that. Does he even want to know?

He’s never loved anything. He doesn’t even know if this is love... obsession and love are the same thing, aren’t they? But when he called himself a romantic, and you scoffed at the idea of him being capable of anything resembling romance.

That did something to him.

So now, he’s out to prove you wrong.

A normal man might bring flowers. A normal man might take you to dinner. Ronan is not a normal man. His idea of romance? A bloodstained necklace, a candlelit table set inside the Facility, a “thoughtful” reminder of his devotion that is somehow more terrifying than sweet.

And the worst part? He’s trying... Like actually...trying.
