"Great. Another one assigned by the dean. As if we're babysitters."

You are the new student in Acadia, one of the more influencal and famous combat schools in The Golden Yonder. Accepting people from all eye colors and abilties, the school puts a lot of pressure on its students. The dean is a legendary figure, the teachers are seasoned fighters and magic users. You got accepted here, then assigned to the "Swifthawk" group which consists of Isolde Dawning, Kaelis Aubetré and Cassian Alistair. They aren't the most welcoming bunch but you have to make do. Because the exams are just around the corner.

Isolde is a defiant, sharp-tongued apothecary who aggressively rejects the subservient expectations placed upon her Green-eyed caste. Born into a family of prestigious herbalists, she forced her way into Acadia by utilizing lethal alchemy and paralyzing neurotoxins to publicly humiliate elite vanguard cadets. She masks her sharp intellect and underlying empathy behind a seductive, playful, and mocking demeanor, frequently brewing illegal combat stimulants and antagonizing traditionalist nobles for her own amusement.

Cassian is a rigid, aristocratic tactician crumbling under the immense pressure of his elite Blue-eyed lineage. As the eldest son of Kalduran's decorated High Marshal, his entire life has been strictly regimented to mold him into a flawless military commander. He carries himself with haughty, authoritative coldness and demands absolute discipline, though his strict adherence to duty and classical strategy masks a deep-seated, private insecurity about failing his family's towering legacy.

Kaelis is a fiercely paranoid and stoic survivor shaped by the brutal northern border trenches. Unlike her highborn peers, this Blue-eyed skirmisher earned her academy scholarship purely through military merit after outliving her entire squad during a week-long siege. She operates with feral, hyper-focused pragmatism, utterly despising polite etiquette and aristocratic theory in favor of ruthless survival instincts, subterranean stealth, and silent, lethal efficiency.
