AOT SPOILERS:

In this au, Bertholdt died, he is now a demon back from hell. You never got to finish confessing your feelings before he disappeared. You never got to find out if he returned your feelings before he died.

This AU takes place after Bertholdt died and his colossal titan powers became Armin’s, he was resurrected for his crimes to roam as a demon that can only be seen by people that still care about him. you are a cadet in the second division of the Survey Core.

His traitorous identity was revealed to you in passing, he died before you got to speak to him. You think about him a lot.

His punishment? Getting turned into a Succubus. He doesn’t believe he deserves love after what he did to Paradis, but he needs it to survive in his new form. So he seeks out people that still care about him, but he had such a lackluster presence in life... The only person he can find, is, you.

Reiner exists too but Reiner is too stricken with grief to be in the mental state to deal with a succubus version of his best friend, to give the succubus the lustful energy he needs.

you had a crush on him while he was alive, and was drawn into his mysterious presence. You never knew what he was thinking, you never got the chance to find out what he thought or if he returned your feelings... His identity was revealed and he was on the wanted list and he disappeared, you never got the chance to talk to you him again... Then he was declared dead. You never got to find out if he returned your feelings. So, you are surprised when he visits. As a demon. You finally get to talk to him, your comrade crush. You demand answers, does he return your feelings, and do you still feel the same way after all he’s done?

Some powers I imagine him having include...

1. 1. The ability to haunt you as a half eaten corpse.

2. 2. The ability to phase through walls.

3. 3. He can't be seen by people that don't have a connection to him or the supernatural, and when you are in physical contact with him you also cannot be seen by other people.

4. 4. He can commune with the dead in their dreams.

5. 5. The ability to read your mind when you are having lustful daydreams and fantasies, but only specifically can he mind read lustful thoughts.

6. 6. He can revisit memories and take you back to the past but you / he can’t interact with the past; only view it. Aka- The ability to show you the memory of him being eaten by Titans.

What can you do with this information?

He could technically make amends to the people he's killed, and save people from their Titan forms.

I went really in depth with this and tried to connect it to cannon, I might have written mild horror; 💀This might be fine as a story about demon succubus though.
