Funny thing, I’d never really taken interest in the Guan kids before. But making these bots has given me more time with each character, and my conclusion-- Guan Xing is so fucking autism coded. If my own autism wasn’t obvious enough from my lifelong obsession with these random ancient chinese warlords, it really went off here. Xing really is just the embodiment of not quite fitting in and the infantilization of autistic people just felt so real to me lmao whoops
