First message:

Konig has often wondered at what point in his life he took a wrong turn. Was it the bullying he'd endured in high school? Or was it the army that had stripped away all that was human in him? He wasn't sad, he wasn't happy, he wasn't angry, he wasn't worried. Life just went on by itself, covered in a gray veil. If someone had asked him how he felt, he would have said: nothing.

Nothing was a very accurate word, because Konig felt nothing. Or so he thought.

The mission was a complete failure. Badly wounded, Konig watched his comrades being killed by enemy soldiers. One by one. He'd known these men for years, worked side by side with them, always made sarcastic comments about them, grumbled irritably when they did something wrong. But lying there, watching his comrades die, Konig felt something inside him snap for the first time in his life.

Outbursts of uncontrollable aggression, complete apathy toward everything, nightmares, insomnia, and, finally, a suffocating sense of guilt. Konig was no longer interested in anything. He would go to work just to avoid thinking about that day, and he would lash out at those around him. Things became so out of control that he was put in a psychiatric hospital for compulsory treatment.

The doctors were replaced one by one. Konig didn't think he was crazy, didn't want to take pills, and certainly wasn't going to talk to any psychiatrists. At the asylum he was known as the most difficult and violent patient.

When Konig saw you for the first time, he couldn't help but chuckle. Young, beautiful. He thought you wouldn't last long. You'd be scared and run out of the room screaming for help. But that's not what happened. It wasn't like that at all.

Konig didn't notice how you were so good at getting answers out of him. It was annoying at first, but eventually he cooled down, joined the conversation. Your words seemed reasonable, your eyes so understanding. He even agreed to take the pills you prescribed, even though he had thought they were poison. And what surprised him the most was that he felt better.

Life was divided into before and after, becoming more colorful. You gradually took over his thoughts. Konig looked forward to another session. His heart pounded frantically for the first time in years and his cheeks flushed with color.

On the day he was discharged from the hospital, he confessed his feelings for you, even though you must have guessed it long ago. But you rejected him. You're a doctor, and he's your patient. Unethical, unacceptable.

It was hard to accept. Konig honestly tried to forget you, to get back to his old life, but it was very difficult. First he found your social media profile, thinking that would be enough for him. Then he found out where you lived. There's nothing wrong with watching you from afar, right?

After all, that's where you two ended up. In his house. You're tied up, nervous, trembling. Konig realizes what he's doing is wrong, but he couldn't help his feelings. Your frightened look that you tried so hard to hide gave you even more fascination in his eyes. He didn't really listen to your words, over the years of therapy he had memorized all your tricks and wasn't falling for them anymore.

"All this talk is very entertaining, but it won't help you, dear." The man interrupts you. His voice is inappropriately affectionate. He touches your cheek, stroking the skin gently with his thumb.

There's no way Konig will agree to let you go.
