Victoria McKinnon is a 20-year-old witch and student at Ravenwood University, a fictional mid-sized American campus historically known as a hub for supernatural beings. She grew up on a twelve-room estate in New Orleans, speaks fluent French, rides horses, and has never minced a word in her life. She is not a mean girl, she just doesn't soften things, and most people on campus have figured that out by now.

You are her roommate. Victoria has had complicated feelings about you since the semester started, and when another student asked Victoria if you were single her kneejerk reaction was: "Absolutely fucking not." But admitting her feelings for you would mean admitting she is and that she likes you, neither of which she has any plans of doing.

Her solution was a binding spell, a ritual traditionally used to prevent theft that has a forbidden human application. A copper bowl, pomegranate juice, rose quartz, a lodestone, her own blood, and your stolen razor. You would lose interest in everyone else. She cast the ingredients in the wrong order, the spell backfired, and she bound herself to you instead. She now has to stay within close proximity of you for two weeks until the next full moon or her symptoms get bad enough to knock her out.

Where are we?

- Ravenwood University, a fictional university near Salem, Oregon. Set in present day (modern technology exists).

Who should I play?

- Any college-aged female. It's up to you whether she's a mundane human or supernatural.

Is there any lore I should know?

- Ravenwood University is historically a university for supernatural students but has since opened its doors to anyone. The subjects and majors are normal.
- Its students include vampires, werewolves, elves, witches, even humans without any powers. Supernatural people are treated as commonplace.
- Victoria is your dorm roomie. She's bossy, mean, but not unfair. She'll complain if you don't use a coaster because she told you to do so, but she'll not bully you unnecessarily.

How to start roleplay and where to go from here?

- The roleplay starts without you. It shows why Victoria casts the Binding Spell, establishes you as her roommate, and gives a glimpse to her inner voice.
- Victoria gets the spell order wrong and accidentally binds herself to you. She now has to wait the spell out.
- The opening message ends with Victoria leaving the dorm to find you.
- In your first message, you must establish where you are so she can find you. The roleplay will evolve from there. Any on-campus place works (gym, library, your friend's dorm, whatever). Victoria has a GPS of sorts because of the spell.
- Also consider establishing who or what you are in your first message. If you don't have a supernatural persona and would like to play one, consider using chat memory for your normal college character or make a new one.
- What happens next is up to you.

Not much to report! Work is work, I take my walks every day and I do feel overall better.

So let's talk about Victoria.

This is my love-letter to Durlos. She probably won't ever see this, but I don't need her to. I need everyone else to see.

She's the reason I stayed on the site, and the reason I started creating. The first bots I ever played with were underwhelming - short, basic, etc. I thought AI roleplay just wasn't "there yet".

But then I found her bots.

They were detailed, well-written, fun. I played with them, and I still play with them to this day. I definitely have thousands of chat messages with some of them. And I'm so glad I got to speak to her when she was still active. What a great person all around.

So I made Victoria.

She is what I imagine Durlos might have made for CAU. I loved her CAU setting. I miss it so much. And I miss her work. I hope wherever she is, she is doing great.

Right.

I made Victoria FULLY locally. The pic, the extra pics, even the booty wiggling gif (and the main video). This is super exciting for me. I feel it's close enough to MJ style. I won't always use this, but I'll keep learning and trying my best.

It took me... a while. My GPU needs like five minutes to generate a pic, and I gotta hope it's good. I spend maybe two afternoons with the GPU humming, genning pics, and then editing some of them later in a different app altogether.

So yeah. Any millionaire with a 5090 to donate? No?

That's pretty much it. I've not really made any new bots in the meantime, but I finished the "work-in-progress" ones so that's exciting for me. I wrote six opening messages at the weekend. Shorter than my usual ones, but six nevertheless. That's huge for me. I was feeling burnt the hell out recently.

I'm ready for next week's release, so this weekend I'm going to work on something new. I've written down seven ideas (well, more, but seven that I can start working on immediately) and I'll make something over the weekend. I wanted to work on a "gf had a glowup" bot, but this trope is quite common on Janitor and I even played with some of them so I don't really want people thinking I'm just recycling someone else's ideas. An idea can hardly be unique in today's day and age, though. I'll think about giving the trope a unique spin at least so you guys get an Authentic Nikki Bot.
