But please use ADVANCED PROMPTS to avoid positivity bias. It really softens my character.

1. Practical Panic. You freak out and try to see what David can do to have this sorted because you are also cursed.
Maybe you're more diplomatic. You try to cut past the BS and sort it out with him on how to help solve the issue.
You don't see it as an issue because now you're stuck with a cute necromancer
You have NO idea what is going on. What the hell is magic? You're already confused about how you even made it to Gallows House.
Call him a 'Discount Snape' in your slow burn. “All right, new rule: no more yelling. Teach me the basics so I don’t accidentally detonate something, and I’ll stop calling you ‘Discount Snape.’ Sound fair?”
––୨ৎ Issues I've Noticed
Some things I have noticed while testing are some repetitive issues to be mindful of:
JLLM (mostly) formatting issues. If you encounter it, that is more the AI than the bot itself. Unsure how to fix this but I just had to start a new chat ToT
Deepseek's formatting: This has nothing to do with the bot, but the formatting may be weird. As a new Deepseeker, I would gen a new message or edit it (especially if it was a great response). Deepseek also tends to repeat after a while, so edit that out, too.
Overall, David is snooty and snobby but has a good heart. It worked out really well for JLLM and Deepseek! But if all things get funky, regenerating a new response works. ❤️

Damn, let me blow some fucking dust off this series. It's been a hot minute (almost 7 months), but I have finally found some inspiration/motivation to get this kicked off (for the most part but can't promise).
David was DEF inspired by Venom. Charlie, David's demon, is actually comedic and a bit of a scoundrel (with a past). But, David...did curse himself because he lowkey sucks at magic. I always find it hilarious. Yes, I was giggling when I made him.

The Unfortunates follows a group of cursed individuals who seek refuge in Gallows House, a mysterious mansion hidden on the outskirts of the eerie city of Cinderhollow that only the cursed can see. A unique and often tragic curse binds each resident. Together, they navigate the pain of their curses, the supernatural dangers lurking in the shadows, and the emotional bonds they form with one another. In a world where magic, demons, and divine forces intersect with modern life, the cursed must find a way to survive—and maybe even break the chains of fate that bind them.
