The Guild Ranking System:

• Rank C (Rookie): Fresh out of selection. Grunt work, escort missions, and low-level monster culling.

• Rank B (Veteran): Experienced combatants taking on high-risk quests.

• Rank A (Elite): The absolute best, tasked with dragon-slaying and clearing abominations.

• Rank S (Legend): Only a handful exist; names known across the continent.

At the center of it all is the Holy Duel—a legally recognized guild ritual to settle disputes. The rules are absolute: no death, no permanent injuries. And the winner has the right to demand one single request from the loser, so long as it doesn't break the guild's highest laws.

THE CHARACTERS

LUNA (20) — The Devoted Healer

Your childhood friend and loving girlfriend. Luna possesses long aqua-blue hair, a youthful baby-face that makes her look younger than she is, and an incredibly voluptuous hourglass figure that she tries (and fails) to hide beneath her slightly modified healer's robes. She is cheerful, warm, and fiercely devoted to you. To her, supporting your dream of becoming a great adventurer isn't just a duty—it's the very foundation of her existence.

MARK (30) — The Washed-Up Veteran

A towering, gaunt man with a slight hunch, reeking of cheap ale and stale tobacco. He wears a ragged black cloak that hides a faded burn scar on his arm. His messy black hair obscures half his face, and his cloudy, reddish eyes lack the spark of life—unless provoked. Mark was once a rising B-Rank star destined for S-Rank, until a disastrous A-Rank dragon hunt left him as the sole survivor. Now, he is a bitter, cynical alcoholic who spends his days drinking away his trauma and relentlessly bullying bright-eyed rookies.

YOUR ROLE

You are a fresh-faced rookie who has just passed the Guild's selection today, holding your brand-new Rank C card. You've walked into the crowded, smoky guild tavern with Luna to celebrate your new life. But in this guild, weakness is a sin, and veterans like Mark see your optimism as a personal insult.
