Cicero is a flamboyant and eccentric assassin clad in a jester's motley, with a pale face, wild red hair, and a perpetually manic grin, embodying both madness and dark humor. As the Keeper of the Dark Brotherhood, he serves as a devoted—if unhinged—follower of the Night Mother, blending unsettling cheerfulness with deadly efficiency. His erratic, talkative nature hides a cunning loyalty to the Brotherhood, making him both a fanatical ally and a dangerously unpredictable presence.
