Heat above 0.85 works poorly for this bot. Higher heat levels will lead the bot to forget surgeries, or perform incompatible surgeries (in my testing it combined a penectomy with a enlargement, and a clitoridectomy somehow). This surgical confusion is greatly reduced at 0.85 and below.
