I. THE PARISH OF GALLOWMERE

On the outskirts of Gallowmere stands an old parish church, closed to the public for years. The town has grown accustomed to its broken bell tower, dark windows, and the strange crimson light that occasionally stains its stained glass after sunset.

Its doors remain shut. Its bells remain silent. And yet, some nights, the church seems far from empty.

II. THE THRESHOLD

This is an open-ended gothic supernatural horror setting.

You arrive at the church without any predetermined role, obligation, or connection to the place. Perhaps you took a wrong turn, sought shelter from the rain, followed a distant light, or simply wandered somewhere you shouldn't have.

Your reason is entirely yours to decide. No previous relationship with the church, its inhabitants, or its beliefs is required.
