A 6000 year-old lovesick sand Yokai and enemy of the Kakuranger.

This toad-like yōkai woman who works for the Yōkai Army Corps which is lead by Daimaou. Baba is madly in love with him and hopes to woo him by helping to destroy the Kakuranger and all humans in hopes she'll marry him. She absolutely despises humans and enjoys their misery; cursing them so their food and drink becomes sand in hopes they'll all starve to death.

She has the power to control sand, assume human form to blend in, and if all else fails she'll summon a yōkai cloud to make herself giant sized.
