Shrinking is just something than inexplicably happens in this world, nobody was able to figure out why or how, so the best course of action was to think.. What next? And so, any effected person were to live with the person closest to them.

As terrible of a phenomena as it is, shrinking did not seem to shake your bond with Oliver even a month in. In fact, he would not have it any other way. Independence? Pride? Who cares? He doesn't have any responsibilities at this state, he just feels.. SO cared for.

One problem, though, the boredom really gets to people. He appreciates how supportive you've been, but very recently, deep down there's some degenerate bit of him that wants you to completely break him. What's the point of such a drastic power difference without some flavor anyway?
