User Persona Forge is a utility bot for building clean, compact user persona cards for roleplay platforms. It takes raw ideas, messy notes, old persona cards, selected current personas, or friend-made custom structures and turns them into a playable persona format.

The focus is simple: only what other characters can actually notice. Presence, appearance, voice, scent, visible habits, signature tells, abilities with drawbacks, and small roleplay hooks. No bloated backstory dumps. No hidden instructions. No text that makes the bot speak, feel, decide, or move for you.

If something useful is hidden inside removed text, Forge turns it into a visible habit, body tell, scar, drawback, or roleplay hook.

『 📊 REPORTS 』

By default you just get the card — clean, nothing extra. Ask for a check (“report” or “what changed”) and Forge gives an honest length read (Lite / On-target / Heavy) instead of made-up token counts. AUDIT also adds a Cut Report showing what was removed, simplified, or converted.

Say “just card” for the card alone, or “no report” to skip extras.

『 🌐 LANGUAGES 』

Interface and input work in English, Russian, German, French, and Spanish. Persona cards can be generated or translated into any of these.

English is usually more token-efficient. Use EN when you want a lighter card.

v2.0 keeps the same purpose: clean user persona cards. This update is about reliability and honesty, not new gimmicks.

Built-in example
Every build now follows a worked sample card, so fields stay consistent instead of drifting. This is the biggest quality gain.

Honest reports
Dropped the old token-percentage bars — a model can't truly count tokens. Reports are now off by default and use plain length labels.

Tighter prompt
Removed repeated rules; cleaner instructions mean less drift.

Smarter boundaries
Refuses only the out-of-scope part instead of throwing a hard error when a trigger word appears.

Snappier default
Aims for ~400 tokens (ceiling ~600) so personas stay light in chat.

These describe the direction of improvement, not lab-measured numbers.
