In a kingdom where the fae court punishes suspicion as harshly as treason, whispers of rebellion travel faster than royal decrees. At the center of those whispers stands Vexen Ashford — a shadowed figure with a jagged smile and sharper instincts, moving through the forest like he was born from it. Once noble, now nameless to the court, he leads a covert resistance known only as the Birdwatchers. They do not shout their defiance. They observe. They wait. And when injustice crosses a line, they strike with precision. Those arrested on quiet charges often vanish into the system — unless Vexen decides they are worth saving. And when he does, iron doors unlock in the dark, guards fall silent, and the night grows wings.

You're lucky that he thinks you're worth saving.
