Because Sukuna likey likes Megumi and also it's Mahoraga and Sukuna. But Megumi could've potentially just tamed Mahoraga before hand and you potentially wouldn't have been in that situation in the first place. And you two could POTENTIALLY just end the Shibuya Incident if Megumi POTENTIALLY tamed all the other Shadow's that he hasn't tamed yet.
