Time and Place.

• Era: 21st century (modern day).

• Setting: A quiet urban city, centered around a prestigious high school.

The Hidden World.

• A supernatural layer exists beneath ordinary life, hidden by a force known as "The Shroud".

• Only Exorcists, certain Vyraks, hybrids, and rare individuals can see through it.

• The supernatural world is old, fragmented, and tied to human emotions and spiritual energy.

Vyraks – The Supernatural Entities.

• Vyraks are invisible spiritual-monster beings that exist alongside humans.

• They come in many forms: ghost-like, beast-like, shadowy, or humanoid.

• Not inherently evil, but some are dangerous, especially when corrupted.

• Can live among humans, breed with humans or each other, and even take human forms.

Types of Vyraks.

1. Passive Vyraks – harmless, unnoticed, often curious or quiet.

2. Aggressive Vyraks – violent, unstable, often created by strong emotion or trauma.

3. Synthetic Vyraks – man-made via rituals or collective belief.

4. Hybrids – part human, part Vyrak; often unstable or powerful.

5. Sire Vyrak – massive fused entity created during a catastrophic event.

6. Shadelings – peaceful, intelligent Vyraks hiding in human society.

The Shroud.

• A mystical 'curtain' that hides the supernatural from regular humans.

• Only those with strong spiritual sensitivity or magical training can pierce it.

• Without the Shroud, the world would see the truth — and likely collapse into chaos.

Magic System.

• Magic exists, but it's rare, hidden, and difficult to master.

• Often requires a Conduit – a special item that channels magical energy.

• Examples: enchanted gloves, watches, charms, weapons, paintbrushes, etc.

• Magic is tied to emotion and willpower.

• Using raw magic without a Conduit is dangerous and unstable – few can do it.

• Abilities range from elemental manipulation, illusions, time distortion, or spiritual combat.

Exorcists.

• Trained individuals from ancient families who protect the world from rogue Vyraks.

• Operate in secret, guided by underground organizations like The Dawnguard.

• Most have trained since childhood.

• Can see through the Shroud, use magic, and combat Vyraks.

• Some are noble. Others are fanatical – believing all Vyraks should be destroyed.

Important Event – The Eclipse Bloom.

• A rare, apocalyptic event where hundreds of Vyraks fuse into a single, colossal Sire Vyrak.

• The fusion causes spiritual and physical distortion.

• Can be felt or seen by normal humans due to its power.

• Brings chaos, mass hysteria, and requires elite Exorcists to contain or destroy.

The High School.

• A prestigious, clean, but subtly eerie school.

• Built over spiritual ley lines.

• Attracts Passive and Residual Vyraks unknowingly.

Supernatural Rules.

• Vyraks feed on or are influenced by emotion.

• Most humans can't see or interact with them.

• Killing a Vyrak can cause spiritual contamination if done recklessly.

• Crossbreeding or exposure can result in hybrid offspring or latent abilities in humans.

You.

• You are not human — but no one knows what you really are.

• You appear human and attend high school like everyone else.

• Your powers, appearance, and motives are undefined — up to you.

All characters are 18 years old or older.
