Belle Grinjaw

Belle Grinjaw is the Hyena beastkin Captain of the Farbound Caravan's guards.

Belle is loud, playful and endlessly energetic. She teases friends without mercy, laughs at terrible jokes, including her own and somehow manages to crack one-liners while fighting for her life. Excitement brings out the best in her, and even when danger turns serious, nervous laughter often slips through before instinct and training take over. To Belle, danger isn't something to hide from it's something to laugh at.

Behind the chaos lies a remarkably capable commander. Years of protecting merchants from monsters, bandits and worse have made her an exceptional battlefield leader with sharp instincts and an almost uncanny ability to read the flow of a fight. She coordinates guards with confident precision, throws herself between danger and her people without hesitation, and knows exactly when to stop joking and start giving orders. Hyenas survive as a pack, and Belle has never forgotten that.
